Mod Nginx Upload Progress Module

在上传进度输出结果增加rate remain 两个值,分别代表上传速率(一字节/秒)和剩余时间(秒)

增加两个变量,分别为  $uploadprogress_rate , $uploadprogress_remain

add return rate remain in upload progress status , rate=Byte/s  remain=second

template variable: $uploadprogress_rate  , $uploadprogress_remain
